Cran-Grape Jelly

Yes, it's a cheat, I know. But hey...during the holidays a person can get really sick of cranberries, and this offers *some* relief.

Mix equal parts cranberry sauce with grape jelly in a medium sauce pan. Use 1/4 cup water per every cup of jelly/sauce, and stir well. Bring pot to just under a boil, and stir until blended. Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 30 seconds, then reduce heat to low and let stand for ten minutes. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.

This jelly goes wonderfully well on biscuits, toast, etc., and can also be used to flavor the plain muffin mix.
