Kool-Aide Jelly
If you thought the Cran-Grape Jelly was a cop-out....
1 pkg. Kool-Aide, any flavor
1 pkg. pectin
3 c sugar
3 c water
Mix water, pectin and Kool-Aide together. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then add sugar. Stir and bring to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, quickly skim off foam with a large spoon, then pour into jelly glasses and seal.
